Larry & Linda Willis

Larry was born and raised in SC before he entered into the military where he met Linda while stationed in England. When he returned from the military, he and Linda were married. He completed his college education in Florida and since then; their family has moved over 21 times around the United States from Chicago, Phoenix, Salt Lake City, Dallas, Orlando, Oklahoma City, Miami, and now Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach.

Several years ago, they bought a condominium while visiting Myrtle Beach, because they felt so relaxed and at home. After several visits, they decided that they wanted to make Myrtle Beach their permanent residence. They wanted to enjoy the friendly people, walks on the beach, low cost of living, and other attractions that they found on their trips to the area. In addition they both had an interest in becoming Realtors® and Myrtle Beach was a great place to get in the Real Estate business.

During Larry's career, he was the President COO/CFO/CEO of several different companies that required moving around the country a lot. He has an extensive background in Finance, Administration, Strategic Planning, and Personnel and has worked with large numbers of people. Linda has held positions of Personnel Director, Office Manager, Credit analyst and Activities Director. This experience is helpful in working with you in your Real Estate needs. I have been in the area many years starting when I entered the Marine Corps and was stationed in North Carolina. Within two (2) weeks I found out what everyone meant by visiting paradise when they went to Myrtle Beach. After my first visit, I was hooked. Every break I had, I spent going to the beach; even during the winter months. After getting out of the Marines and living in the Myrtle Beach area, I decided to enter the Real Estate Agent business and now I am ready to show you how to invest in the Myrtle Beach Market.

After spending 10 years in the Marines I decided to come to Myrtle Beach to relax and enjoy Paradise with the rest of my family. My background and degree is in computer technology so once I came on board my goal was to ensure that we stay up-to-date with the latest technologies. I work on optimizing our websites, building e-flyers & e-newsletters, regular newsletters and letters, the design and advertising in the Homes and Land magazine and Homes Tradition magazine, plus updating our new blog ( The Willis Journal Blog ).
