Inventory is lower now than it has been in over 10 years for condos, land is about the same as it was last year but that shows less than it has been in ten years, and Single family residential is about the lowest it has been in five years. With inventory shrinking, we have a seller market for the homes under $300,000- and in total, we have a 7.54-month supply of houses. We have a 5.09-month supply of Condos priced under $200,00 and 5.76-month supply of condos priced under $300,000. Which shows we are in a sellers’ market for all condos under $300,000. For all condos we have a 6.41 months’ supply which is close to a seller’s market. Unfortunately we have close to a 2 year supply of lots available.
