Happy Halloween

Cool temperatures have arrived at the beach, so the high now is in the 70’s, which is absolutely beautiful. Evenings are in the 40’s-50’s so you might need a jacket now. This month’s numbers show a significant change due to Florence coming through and the closings were off for the month. Some September closings were pushed into October.  We were virtually out of business for three weeks, but that also means that there were fewer showings during the month which will lead to fewer closings for the month of October as well.  Things are much better now that our weather is back to normal and the roads to and from the beach are in great shape. The Myrtle Beach real estate market is getting back on track now.
